Terms and Conditions

Our Contract
1.1 These Terms outline the contract between the Owner Breeder Media Group Limited (OBMG) (“We”) and its Subscribers(“You”).
1.2 By becoming a Subscriber You agree to these Terms and Our Privacy Policy.
1.3 Subscription is subject to these Terms, which form a binding contract. If you disagree, you must not subscribe or must cancel as outlined in clause 5.1.
1.4 We may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be binding.
1.5 These Terms are governed by English law.
Definitions
2.1 OBMG is a private limited company registered in England and Wales.
2.2 Definitions include:
“Subscriber”: The person holding the Subscription.
“Subscription Fee”: Fees payable to OBMG.
“Subscription Period”: Ongoing from payment date.
“Website”: OBMG’s official website.
2.3 Pronouns include relevant first-person terms.
Subscription
3.1 Apply online, by phone, by post, or direct debit.
3.2 Subscription is valid for an ongoing period with yearly subscriptions.
3.3 Subscription activates upon acceptance of payment.
3.4 Open to all eligible persons, subject to OBMG’s discretion.
3.5 Subscription is personal and non-transferable.
Price and Payment
4.1 Prices are set annually in advance according to the address of the recipient.
4.2 Fees are not subject to VAT.
4.3 Payment method via Direct Debit, BACS, credit, or debit card. Direct Debits renew automatically unless terminated.
4.4 Subscribers will be notified of fee increases and may refuse them, resulting in Subscription termination.
Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Subscription is valid for the specified period but can be cancelled anytime.
5.2 Cancel within 14 days from initial instruction, or the first issue of the magazine being received for a full refund.
5.3 Admin Fee payable for cancellations outside of the 14-day cooling off period.
5.3 Refunds processed within 14 days via the original payment method or by bank transfer.
Renewals
6.1 Direct debit automatically renew Subscription.
6.2 Notify OBMG 30 days prior to renewal date if you do not wish to renew.
6.3 Other payment methods will prompt OBMG to contact You before renewal.
6.4 Renew by notifying OMBG and paying the renewal fee.
Liability
7.1 OMBG excludes liability for third-party Benefits.
7.2 No liability for indirect or consequential losses.
7.3 Maximum liability limited to Subscription Fee paid in the past 12 months.
7.4 OBMG liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence is not excluded.
Competitions
8.1 Competitions are subject to separate terms.
Communications and Marketing
9.1 Essential communications will be sent regardless of marketing preferences.
9.2 Examples include transaction notifications, subscription renewals, financial statements, and subscriber news.
9.3 Post is the primary communication method; email or phone used if necessary.
General
10.1 Notices must be in writing (including email).
10.2 Invalid provisions will be modified or severed, not affecting remaining terms.
10.3 No waiver of rights by OBMG for delayed enforcement.
10.4 Use of our logo is prohibited

10.6 Events are subject to separate terms.
10.7 These Terms are governed by English law.
