In recent weeks, Nurlan Bizakov’s Hesmonds Stud has come to the fore thanks to Musidora Stakes heroine Nausha and the Roger Varian-trained Tauteke, who lines up in the Group 1 Investec Oaks at Epsom on Friday.

Bizakov’s decision to invest in well-bred fillies and mares, as well as purchasing Hesmonds Stud in 2010, is now paying off with Nausha also expected to contest the Prix de Diane in June.

With a couple of exciting weeks in store for Hesmonds Stud, we paid a visit to the East Sussex nursery with Great British Racing International (GBRI) to speak to Stud Manager Tony Fry for our latest video feature about how the operation has grown over the last nine years, hopes for Tauteke’s Oaks bid and future plans for Nausha.
