Richard Kent’s Mickley Stud in Shropshire is not just a stallion stud but also home to the dams of Havana Grey, Mr Adjudicator and Liberty Beach.
Ahead of Book 3 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale, which began on Thursday, GBRI visited Kent at Mickley Stud to find out more about the operation and the success it has had on the track in recent seasons.
Kent also talks about the stallions he stands, Captain Gerrard, Heeraat, Yorgunnabelucky and Massaat, who covered his first book of mares at Mickley this year.
