Racing Welfare has announced an exciting new partnership with employee assistance programme specialists Care first. The organisation will help the charity with the delivery of its Racing’s Support Line to the industry.

A gateway to all of Racing Welfare’s services, including welfare provision and occupational health, the new partnership with Care first will bring a host of additional benefits to the Support Line.

They include the option for individuals to immediately speak to a trained counsellor 24 hours a day for any issue they may be facing, a management support service for those who manage or mentor other staff members, and telephone information specialists who are able to assist with practical guidance from benefit checks to consumer rights.

Through the partnership critical incident support, qualified careers coaches and a lifestyle website will also be available.
